Espesyal means "Special" in Filipino.
And the dishes of our Filipino chef Lydia can certainly be called special.
Let yourself be surprised by her authentic Filipino dishes such as Adobo and Kalderita, but she also makes a delicious fresh Aroskaldo, Biko, and not to forget her spring rolls according to her own Filipino recipe.
